1. Introduction / Johdanto

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the PoseBox services, including the photo booth system and mobile application ('Services'). By using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nämä käyttöehdot ('ehdot') säätelevät PoseBox-palveluiden käyttöä, mukaan lukien valokuvakoppi ja mobiilisovellus ('palvelut'). Käyttämällä palveluita hyväksyt nämä ehdot.

2. Use of the Services / Palveluiden käyttö

You agree to use the Services responsibly and for their intended personal fitness and photo-tracking purpose. Commercial use or resale of the Services without prior written permission is prohibited.

Sitoudut käyttämään palveluita vastuullisesti niiden aiottuun tarkoitukseen eli henkilökohtaiseen kuntoilun ja kuvaseurannan käyttöön. Palveluiden kaupallinen käyttö tai edelleenmyynti ilman kirjallista lupaa on kielletty.

3. User Accounts / Käyttäjätilit

To access certain features, you must create an account or log in via a supported third-party provider (e.g., Google, Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity under your account.

Tiettyjen ominaisuuksien käyttö edellyttää käyttäjätilin luomista tai kirjautumista tuetun kolmannen osapuolen palvelun (esim. Google, Apple) kautta. Olet vastuussa tunnustesi luottamuksellisuudesta ja tililläsi tapahtuvasta toiminnasta.

4. Personal Data and Privacy / Henkilötiedot ja tietosuoja

By using the Services, you acknowledge that we collect and process certain personal data, including photographs and optional body weight data. All data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR). For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Käyttämällä palveluita hyväksyt, että keräämme ja käsittelemme tiettyjä henkilötietoja, mukaan lukien valokuvat ja valinnaiset painotiedot. Kaikkia tietoja käsitellään sovellettavien tietosuojalakien (esim. GDPR) mukaisesti. Tarkemmat tiedot löytyvät tietosuojaselosteestamme.

5. Ownership of Content / Sisällön omistusoikeus

All photos taken via the PoseBox system are owned by you. By uploading or creating photos through the Services, you grant PoseBox Oy a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process such photos solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you. We will not use or distribute your content for marketing, research, or any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Kaikki PoseBox-järjestelmällä otetut valokuvat ovat sinun omistuksessasi. Lataamalla tai luomalla kuvia palveluiden kautta myönnät PoseBox Oy:lle rajoitetun, ei-yksinomaisen käyttöluvan tallentaa ja käsitellä kuvia yksinomaan palveluiden tarjoamista varten. Emme käytä tai jaa sisältöäsi markkinointi-, tutkimus- tai muihin tarkoituksiin ilman nimenomaista suostumustasi.

6. Session Content and Restrictions / Sisällön rajoitukset

You agree not to take or share photos containing nudity, sexually explicit material, violence, hate speech, harassment, copyrighted or illegal content, or anything violating Finnish or international law. You also agree not to misuse the PoseBox equipment, lighting, or hardware in a way that could cause damage or endanger safety. PoseBox Oy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Sitoudut olemaan ottamatta tai jakamatta kuvia, jotka sisältävät alastomuutta, seksuaalista sisältöä, väkivaltaa, vihapuhetta, häirintää, tekijänoikeudella suojattua tai laitonta materiaalia tai jotka rikkovat Suomen tai kansainvälistä lakia. Sitoudut myös olemaan käyttämättä PoseBox-laitteistoa, valaistusta tai muuta laitteistoa tavalla, joka voi aiheuttaa vahinkoa tai vaarantaa turvallisuuden. PoseBox Oy pidättää oikeuden keskeyttää tai poistaa käyttäjätilejä, jotka rikkovat näitä sääntöjä.

7. Intellectual Property / Immateriaalioikeudet

All trademarks, logos, software, and materials provided by PoseBox remain the intellectual property of PoseBox Oy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without our written permission.

Kaikki PoseBoxin tavaramerkit, logot, ohjelmistot ja materiaalit ovat PoseBox Oy:n tai sen lisenssinantajien omaisuutta. Palveluiden osia ei saa jäljentää, levittää tai muokata ilman kirjallista lupaa.

8. Availability and Updates / Saatavuus ja päivitykset

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, and where required by law, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

Pyrimme tarjoamaan luotettavan palvelun, mutta emme takaa keskeytyksetöntä tai virheetöntä toimintaa. Ominaisuuksia voidaan muuttaa, keskeyttää tai lopettaa, ja lain edellyttämissä tapauksissa ilmoitamme merkittävistä muutoksista kohtuullisessa ajassa.

9. Limitation of Liability / Vastuunrajoitus

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoseBox Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under Finnish consumer protection law.

Sovellettavan lain sallimissa rajoissa PoseBox Oy ei ole vastuussa välillisistä, satunnaisista tai seurannaisista vahingoista, jotka johtuvat palveluiden käytöstä. Mikään näissä ehdoissa ei rajoita oikeuksia, jotka sinulla on pakottavan Suomen kuluttajansuojalainsäädännön nojalla.

10. Termination / Käytön päättäminen

You may stop using the Services at any time. PoseBox Oy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of misuse or breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your account and associated photos may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Voit lopettaa palveluiden käytön milloin tahansa. PoseBox Oy pidättää oikeuden keskeyttää tai lopettaa pääsysi palveluihin väärinkäytön tai ehtojen rikkomisen vuoksi. Käytön päättyessä tilisi ja siihen liittyvät kuvat voidaan poistaa tietosuojaselosteemme mukaisesti.

11. Changes to These Terms / Ehtojen muutokset

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify you. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Voimme tarkistaa näitä ehtoja ajoittain. Merkittävistä muutoksista ilmoitetaan käyttäjille, ja palveluiden käytön jatkaminen tarkoittaa päivitettyjen ehtojen hyväksymistä.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction / Sovellettava laki ja toimivalta

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.

Näihin ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia, ja kaikki niistä johtuvat tai niihin liittyvät riidat ratkaistaan yksinomaan Suomen tuomioistuimissa.
